Steps:
- Have students go to the website of the Bureau of Labor statistics, www.bls.gov.
- Find the latest statistics on Alternative Work Arrangements and Contingent Work.
- Answer and be prepared to discuss the following questions in class:
- What is the date of the latest survey?
- Find out which type of AWA is most preferred compared to regular employment and discuss reasons. Why?
