As part of the 2026 WFRN 8th Biennial Conference, we are pleased to offer a Mentorship Program designed to foster meaningful connections among scholars at all career stages within the Work and Family Researchers Network.
We invite conference participants to volunteer to take part in a mentor–mentee meeting during the conference. Participants may indicate interest in serving as a mentor, a mentee, or both. These meetings are intended to support focused, supportive conversations around professional development, career pathways, and navigating work–family issues in research and applied settings.
Participation involves being matched with another conference attendee and arranging a brief meeting (typically 30 minutes) at a mutually convenient time during the conference. Mentorship meetings are meant to be flexible, informal, and responsive to participants’ interests.
If you are interested in participating, please complete the brief survey at the link below:

Please indicate your interest no later than April 15, 2026.
We will do our best to identify appropriate mentor–mentee pairings based on survey responses. Please note that our ability to make matches depends on the pool of volunteers. Participants who are matched will be contacted prior to the conference with additional guidance.
Thank you for considering participation in the WFRN Mentorship Program. We hope this initiative enhances your conference experience and helps strengthen connections within the WFRN community.
Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
Best regards,
