How can we reimagine work and family to unlock greater wellbeing and opportunity for all?
Women and Public Policy Program Fall 2025 Seminar Series: Exploring Work & Family will explore the evolving relationship between work and family, focusing on how institutions, policies, and social norms shape our ability to thrive in both. From caregiving and parenthood to parental leave and workplace flexibility, the series will feature research that addresses the systems and structures that support (or hinder) work and family life.
This online seminar series is chaired by Hannah Riley Bowles, Roy E. Larsen Senior Lecturer in Public Policy and Management at the Harvard Kennedy School and co-director of the Women and Public Policy Program. It is open to all.
