Adult students who are currently enrolled in a post-secondary degree-granting or continuing education program following a discernable break in their education, who may or may not have had any prior post-secondary education (i.e., including college “dropouts” and delayed-entry students), and who have already established occupational and, oftentimes, family careers (Hostetler, Sweet & Moen, 2007; Sweet & Moen, 2007)
