My research examines the work-family interface and human resource management, with a focus on how organizational practices and technology shape employee well-being. Recent and ongoing projects investigate parental leave outcomes, fairness in technology-assisted supplemental work, the spillover of job insecurity into sleep and mental health, Green HRM, and the workplace experiences of women undergoing fertility treatment (IVF). Methodologically, I rely on experience sampling methodology (ESM) and multilevel modeling to capture within-person dynamics in everyday work and family life.
