Eiko Strader is an assistant professor with a joint appointment in the Trachtenberg School of Public Policy and Public Administration and the Women’s, Gender, and Sexuality Studies at the George Washington University. She holds a PhD in Sociology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, was a visiting fellow at the Smith College Kahn Liberal Arts Institute, and currently serves on the editorial board of the Public Administration Review. Her research interests include social inequality, intersectionality, work and family, welfare states, and the military. She has published in outlets such as Social Forces, International Migration Review, Family Relations, and Public Administration Review.
