I conduct research that examines women’s career experiences, dual-earner couples’ management of their work and family lives, and domestic employment relationships. My work has been published in global peer-reviewed outlets including the Journal of Management and Journal of Organizational Behavior. Overall, I want to improve employees’ well-being through conducting research, generating conversation, and sparking action.
