My research focuses on gender career equality, new ways of working and organizational justice. I take a gender perspective on new ways of working, with a focus on flexible work and the gig economy, and I also investigate the work norms and norms of control associated with them. I examine these topics using conceptual and empirical approaches, primarily qualitative.
